1. How can I book my holidays on www.tuscanylovers.com ?
To book a holiday is very easy: in our search boxes (on the homepage) just fill in the dates of your stay and the number of people in your travel party and click on GO. Select the property from the list of alternatives, click on “book” and follow instructions.

2. What’s the difference between an “instant booking” and a “booking on request” ?
An instant booking allows you to receive the travel documents real-time after the payment of the foreseen amount by credit card. A booking on request requires the confirmation from the staff within  72 hours to be definitive. 

3. Are there some special offers on the website ?
Our special offers can be found in the dedicated line, on the orange line under the changing pictures of the home page. At the same time you can find them  while making a search in case the requested accommodation  has a special offer during those dates.

4. If I have some problems or need help about a holiday, how do I get a support?

5. How do I pay for my holiday rental ?

You can pay both down payment and balance by credit card directly on the website. Otherwise you can contact us to pay by bank transfer.

6. How can I access my account?
You can enter you reserved area from the home page (on the top right hand) and can be accessed through the data you got after the registration.

7. What happens if I have to cancel my booking?
Please, read our general booking conditions in “Terms and Conditions” (in the bottom of the home page).


1. How can I be part of ABV network?
In the section  “New Agency” you can fill in the form. Our staff will contact you and send a sales agreement.

2. Can I link ABV to my website?
   Yes, ABV offers to its partners 3 different ways to connect in real time: 

    a) A business access to ABV booking platform: send an email to ABV to request your access codes and you’ll be able to make options and bookings on the available portfolio.

    b) A bidirectional XML feed: you can acquire and update ABV rental portfolio, make options and bookings.

    c) A simple WHITE LABEL, which can be easily integrated on your website and which allows your clients to make searches and send booking requests which can be run by your business access connected to ABV booking process.


1. How can I advertise my properties on ABV?
You simply have to fill in the form in the area “List your property” and our staff will contact you.

2. How can I check the bookings made by ABV on my property and put my own reservations?
   You receive a username and password for a private access to the business area where you can check the bookings for your property,  print a bookings’ report and the vouchers and enter the calendar to put your own reservations. .

3. How many properties can I advertise on the website as private host?
Infinite, but ABV will take care of listing your property on the website.
